Why Suffer in Silence is a person-centred, non-judgemental emotional listening support service for those suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and mental health. The group meets every Friday evening in the JIC building on Fraserburgh’s Albert Street.

Meetings take place from 7pm to 8.45pm.

Anyone who feels they could benefit from the service is invited along for one-to-one or group support.

Y Suffer in Silence, a charity based in the old Thomas Walker Hospital on Charlotte Street in Fraserburgh, will be operating its phone lines during the festive season to support those suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and mental health.

The numbers to call are either 01346 378030 or 01346 378220.
