Y suffer in Silence offers group emotional support, ephone support to those suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and mental health. They meet every Monday and Friday from 7 to 9pm at the Old Thomas Walker Hospital (Above Maitland’s Warehouse) on Charlotte Street, Fraserburgh.
