Fancy getting your brain into gear after the New Year break?
Lonmay Church is holding a quiz in aid of church funds.
The quiz will be held in the Lonmay Hall at 7.30pm on Friday, February 14.
Entry is £10 for teams of four and includes tea and home-bakes.

All are welcome to go along and join in the fun.
Home Start is holding a fundraising quiz tomorrow night (Friday, February 21) at the BanCar Hotel, Lonmay. The fun will begin at 7pm with a 7.30pm start.
Entry for teams of four is £10 and this includes teas and coffees. Donations for raffle prizes will be much appreciated.

There will be a charity quiz night for Friends of Anchor, a unit in Aberdeen Hospital for cancer patients, on Friday, February 28.
Doors will be open at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start at the Ban-car Hotel in Lonmay.
The entry cost is £15 per team of four including refreshments.

Calling Painters of all Ages, Fraserburgh Arts Group are having a ‘Paint Out’ day in Fraserburgh on Saturday 31st May 2025.
Painters of all Levels are invited to Join in an outdoor Painting/Drawing day with the theme ‘In and around Fraserburgh’:
On Paint Out Day, come along to Dyga’s, 51 Broad St, Fraserburgh from 10am onwards, to Register.
Take your own materials and once registered, go out and about the town, and create an artwork inspired by the local scenery.
Ideally, the focus of the work should be the either the harbour, Lighthouse or Broadsea, but you can select whatever local view takes your Fancy.
Deliver your completed work to Dyga’s by 3pm (remember to put your name, address and a Contact Tel. No. on the back).
All the artworks will be on display at the Fraserburgh Arts Group Painting, Photography and Crafts Exhibition being held at
Fraserburgh Indoor Leisure Centre on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th June, and participants can uplift their work from the Exhibition when it
closes at 5pm on the Sunday. Registration fee for Paint Out Day; £2 Per Adult and £1 Per Child of 12 Years or Under.
