London Calling – AOC Concert coming to Fraserburgh

AOC (Formally Aberdeen operatic Society) are touring Aberdeenshire in a mini concert to not only promote their upcoming summer show Me and My Girl, but to provide a wonderful evening of entertainment. 
London Calling in Concert, is an evening of songs from the musicals, artists and chart hits that will bring you a sense of London. 
Featuring songs from Me And My Girl, as well as popular artist such as Elton John, George Michael. Duffy, David Bowie. Ralph McTell and Carly Simon, Along with Musical Theatre classics from Half a Sixpence, Sweeny Todd, Les Miserables, Mary Poppins and Our House. 
 
London Calling has something for everyone!

There will be a wide range of emergency service related exhibitors including 

Police Scotland 
Fire Scotland 
Scottish Ambulance Service 

Alongside these exhibitors, there will be a selection of interactive activities for children to enjoy and a variety of food exhibitors. 

there will also be a strongman competition.

Live music by RBL Pipe Band and Village Voices Choir.
Lots of stalls by local community groups and organisation’s.
Artwork designed by local nursery pupils on display.
Broch Community First Responders will be teaching CPR.
There will also be FREE taster sports sessions available to try outdoors, Fraserburgh Football Club in the Community will have free football for P1-4 11am-12pm and P5-7 12:30pm-1:30pm at James Ramsay Park.
Women’s Walking Football sessions will be available 12pm-1pm at Kessock Park Astro Football Pitch.

There will be plenty to keep you entertained and many opportunities to meet and chat with members of all the emergency services and also a chance to see and meet local groups clubs and businesses who make Fraserburgh unique and special to everyone. 
Join and support your local community in a celebration of all that is good . We will also be running a car wash and selling raffles prior to the open day with all proceeds going to local charities
